Slag pot, also called slag ladle, is a necessary equipment for metallurgical enterprises of steel production. Part I - Optimizing pouring, special treatment on special parts

(1) Before pouring, use CAE software to simulate casting process, and carry out process analysis and quality prediction of the molding process, so that the casting process of slag pot is continuously optimized.

(2) Adopt high quality material with good plasticity and high melting point: ZG230-450/GS-16Mn5/BS3100B2.
 

(3) In order to ensure the quality of slag pot, CHAENG adds a certain amount of alloying elements in the molten steel, so as to improve its strength, reduce the deformation of slag pot during use, to prevent slag pot from overall cracking phenomenon, and increase the frequency of use.
