The rotary drum cooler, also called rotary cooler, is one of the important equipment in the rotary kiln system. It is used to fully exchange the heat of the clinker (1000-1200°C) coming out of the rotary kiln with the air through the barrel rotation, so that the material is cooled to (below 200°C), and improves the quality and wearability. The air after cooling the material is all put into the kiln as the secondary circulation air, so that the thermal efficiency of the kiln is improved.
